The Therapy Dog Program at CCDTC consists of a four week Course designed to help owners to learn more about taking their pets to nursing homes, hospitals, and other facilities. CCDTC is unique in offering this type of Program. Obedience Training is recommended for your dog before enrolling in this program.

This class is not a requirement for either Therapy Dogs International or the Delta Society Pet Partners Program. However, taking this class will help you to determine whether you and your dog are ready to be evaluated for either program.
