How Do I Register for CCDTC Classes?
Registration forms are available to download and print from the
links on the left.
With the exception of conformation
classes, pre-registration is required for
all classes
(obedience, rally, and
agility unless the class description specifically identifies
the class as "drop-in").
Send the registration along with a copy of the CCDTC Health Statement signed by your veterinarian. This states that your dog is in good health and is up to date on state required vaccinations and any/all other vaccinations you and your vet feel important. Do not forget the check for your class registration fees. If you give an email address, class confirmation will be sent by email.
A parent or guardian must sign the release if the dog handler is a minor.
For the protection of all who train here, dogs will not be allowed in the building unless a Health Statement signed and dated by your veterinarian is submitted each calendar year.
As many individual dogs and breeds may have immune issues that prevent use of specific vaccinations, CCDTC does not require any vaccination other than the state required Rabies vaccination. Please do not bring sick (or potentially sick) dogs to class.
Please, No bitches in season in any of our classes.
Please register early as classes do fill quickly! Pre-registration, including necessary paperwork and fees,
is required to attend an obedience or agility class. Registration
closes one week prior to the start of each class or as soon as
the maximum
class size has been reached. If the
minimum class size has not been reached by the close of registration,
we
will notify you so that you can reschedule. We do not allow
drop-in registration for obedience and agility classes.
A Few Class Rules
* We provide equipment for you to use to clean up after your dog.
We ask that you please use this equipment to clean up when necessary.
* All dogs must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Dogs
in heat cannot attend classes – we suggest that you attend the class
so that you can learn the exercises to work on at home with your dog.
* No Flexie Leads in building.
* Children must be under the control of an adult when observing classes
so the instructor can concentrate on the training.
* Children should not approach other dogs unless permission has been
given by the handler. |
