This class will introduce you and your dog to Rally Obedience. The dog and handler team will learn to perform a course of obedience tasks including sits, stays, heeling, weaving through cones, and much more. Each week you will work on exercises to improve foundation skills and learn the novice level signs, then practice them in short sequences. Rally is a great way to build on your dog’s manners skills in a fun and engaging way.

Let's take your dog's manners to the next level! This class will teach you and your dog the skills needed to compete towards the AKC Beginner Novice title. Let's take your dog's manners to the next level! This class will teach you and your dog the skills needed to compete towards the AKC Beginner Novice title. Even if you don't plan to compete in obedience, this class will teach you and your dog new behaviors that will prepare you for a variety of dog sports and skills useful for everyday life.

Stress-Free Grooming and Vet Visits 7 weeks
Prerequisites: Dogs must be comfortable being crated and be non-reactive towards people and other dogs
Note: 1st week of class is Orientation and is for “humans” only.
Does your dog dread the groomer? Feel like you are wrestling an alligator every time your dog needs a pill? Your dog will be exposed to a variety of grooming and vet to build a positive association with those objects. We will discuss techniques to get your dog used to being handled all over and how to make the grooming salon and vet's office your dog's happy place.

Platforms and Pedestals - Elevate Your Training! 4 weeks
Prerequisites: Completion of a basic manners course

Platforms and pedestals are great tools for teaching a variety of behaviors- everything from sits and stays to precise heeling and go outs! This class will cover picking the right platform for your dog, building attraction to the platform, and using platforms and pedestals to teach beginner to advanced skills.

Prereq: Family Pet Manners, or equivalent. Dog must be comfortable being crated for short periods.
We will focus on proofing your dog's behavior to a variety of distractions, increasing impulse control, and reducing the use of treats as reinforcement through the power of games and play. This class is appropriate for dog's of all skill level as games can be made more challenging for advanced teams.
