Puppy Trick Dog 4 weeks - limited to 8 dogs 6 Months to One Year Old Dogs attend all classes This class is a fun addition to training your puppy! No prerequisites for this class. You and your puppy will learn approximately 10 fun tricks in this 4 week session. Tricks include sit pretty, high five, paws up, shake, spin in a circle and low hoop jumps. Thursdays 6:00pm - 6:45pm Marcella Pennington September 15 - October 6, 2022 / Skips: None Masks required Novice Trick Dog 7 weeks - limited to 8 dogs Prerequisites: Family Pet Manners, or instructor approval This class will prepare your dog to earn the AKC Novice and Intermediate Trick Dog titles. During this class, you and your dog will learn approximately 20 fun tricks. We will also cover foundational training techniques such as chaining, shaping, capturing, and using successive approximations. Example tricks include sit pretty, leg weaves, rollover, hoop jump, and many more! Advanced Trick Dog 7 weeks - limited to 8 dogs Prerequisites: Novice Trick Dog, or instructor approval This class will build upon the skills taught in the previous class. We will prepare your dog to earn its AKC Advanced Trick Dog and Performer titles. Using skills like adduction and back-chaining, we will take your dog's performance skills to the next level! |
Registering for a Class at CCDTC -
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Classes consist of one 45 minute session per week for 3, 4 or 7 weeks. Pre-Registration and payment for a class is required with exception of Drop-In Conformation Classes. Register early as classes fill quickly! Due to USPS delivery delays as well as frequency registrars pick up mail, we STRONGLY suggest using PayPal to register for classes. Registration is done by first received. Receipt of payment does NOT guarantee a slot in the class. You will be notified regarding registration status. If the class is filled before the registrar receives your registration, you will be refunded in full. We do not create wait lists. Registering for a "future class" that is not on the schedule will result in a full refund. Additions to the class scheduled are posted on Fridays. Some classes now have pre-requisites. Any questions, request for exemption (training elsewhere, etc.), please contact the Training Director at td.ccdtc@gmail.com The CCDTC Health Statement.pdf signed by your veterinarian, must accompany your registration or bring to first class. CCDTC does not require any vaccination other than those required by Clermont County (Rabies) and those you and your vet feel are needed for good health.
