Handlers
- may be advanced, or at least they are successful graduates of Agility 4.
---------------------------
Description / Goals
Improve your CPE games technique; learn timer and scorer skills. Courses will be set for CPE 3 or 5 level.
This class will help you learn handling skills to communicate better with you dog on how to better navigate CPE games courses and build strategies for future competitions. In addition, when you are not running your dog, you will be required to either score or time others in the class.
Courses will begin with the easier games and progress to the more difficult ones.

360/Distance Weaves
7 week session – Maximum 7 dogs, Minimum 4 handlers
Prerequisites:
Age of Dog: 15 months or older
Generally, your dog must be able to independently navigate 6 straight-up weaves, without the handler managing each weave pole. Exceptions would be with permission from the instructor.
Goal: Handler/dog will work on independent weave entries, completing weave poles without handler “micro-managing”. You will work from both sides of weaves from all angles (360 degrees) and practice driving through weaves, with distance being increased as teams progress.
Depending on the skill of each dog, the class will train on 2x2 weaves, weavomatic, and then 6 straight up weaves. Depending on skill level, you may progress to 12 weaves.
