2026 Membership Meeting Dates

   Third Tuesday every other month at 7pm

The CCDTC Board Meeting Dates

 Second Tuesday at 7:00pm in the kitchen.

  Jan 13, Feb 10, March 10, April 7, May 12,
  June 9, July 7, Aug 11, Sept 8, Oct 13, Nov 10, Dec 8

Membership Renewal Form
Per the Bylaws, renewals are due by September 30.
Between October 1 and October 31, you are in arrears and must pay nonmember fees for all classes. After October 31, you are a lapsed member and must reapply.

You have until October 31 (must be renewed by November 1)  CCDTC members may use either this online form to print out or hard copies are available in the club - the form and check are to be deposited in the Membership Box at the club.  Mail-in is no longer an option.


From the Bylaws: Section 6: Termination of Membership1. Resignation: Members may resign from the Corporation at any time upon written notice to the Corresponding Secretary.
2. Lapsing: The CCDTC Membership Year runs October 1 through September 30.

  • ​a. Membership dues and/or fees must be received by October 1 of each year. Dues and/or fees received after October 1st will be considered lapsed.
  • b. Membership will be considered terminated if dues and/or fees are not received by November 1.
  • c. Terminated Members may petition the Board for reinstatement but still must pay any applicable late fee(s), as set by the Board, to be reinstated.
  • d. After October 1, lapsed members must pay for classes at Non-Member rates.

​Membership Meetings
CCDTC membership meetings are held on the odd numbered months on the third Tuesday at 7:00pm.


Help the Club (Volunteer Opportunities)
Remember, as a club member, you are required to fulfill your volunteer hour commitment. 
  • 16 volunteer hours per single membership 
  • 22 volunteer hours per year for a family membership
Teaching/assisting classes or helping with any of the club events all anyearn service hours.

Key workers are the people who manage and run an event.  If you have interest in becoming a Key Worker at any event please go to the Key Worker Page for full details.
